At The UK Hair and Beauty Awards we pride ourselves on our fair, unbiased and honest approach to results. Each category has a panel of 3 judges, who score each submission individually - we then use the average of all 3 scores to work out the final score.

The position of a HBA judge is like no other - it must remain completely anonymous and confidential. We rely on honest individuals who have a strong belief in setting industry standards to assist us year after year.
